After we receive payment, we will dispatch your items within 2-5 days. With Global Express Shipping, delivery typically takes 7-16 business days.

Once we send your jerseys, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order online.

If the item you receive differs from the description, we will offer a full resend or refund once we receive the returned item. You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receipt. Contact us before shipping any items back. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for returns.

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us. If the item is lost during shipping, we will reship a new package for free.

If your order is processed incorrectly, please accept our apologies. Contact us, and we'll work to correct your order as efficiently as possible, including reshipping a new jersey for free if necessary.

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process. Please contact us via Instagram as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot modify orders once they have entered the shipping process.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it, please follow these steps within 36 hours of the expected delivery: 1. Verify the shipping address. 2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. 3. Check around the delivery location. 4. See if someone else accepted the delivery. 5. Check your mailbox or usual mail delivery location, as some packages may travel through multiple carriers. Please wait 36 hours; in rare cases, packages may show as delivered up to 36 hours before arrival.

We allow 24 hours after purchase to change your size or shipping address. Please contact us within this time frame to make any changes.

Sometimes, items are shipped from different locations based on stock availability. If this happens, you will receive more than one tracking number.

1. Without name, number, or patches: You can wash the jersey in a washing machine. 2. With name, number, or patches: Please wash by hand. If machine-washed, we do not accept responsibility for any damage to the name, number, or patches.

Wash all jerseys inside out on a cold wash. Failure to follow these instructions violates our return policy, and we will not accept returns or issue refunds for items washed incorrectly.

1. Many details of the jersey and shorts are printed by heat transfer printing. We recommend hand washing to preserve these details, as machine washing could cause damage. If you use a machine, please turn the jersey inside out first. 2. Avoid scrubbing the printed or stamped areas too hard and do not expose the jersey and shorts to the sun for long periods. When not in use, hang the jersey up. 3. If the letters or numbers start to peel off, place the jersey flat, cover the affected area with a clean, non-stick paper, and iron it at 150°C (302°F) for 7-8 seconds. If necessary, repeat the process. Do not iron the printed area directly; always place paper or cloth over it.
