30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item if it arrived on time. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-printed items cannot be returned.

Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Care Instructions:Â Products must be washed inside out on a cold wash. Failure to follow these instructions will violate our return policy, making the item ineligible for a return or refund.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over USD 50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
